The horizontal plunge. You lie back, full body, into a shell just 710 mm tall: the experiential, lie-flat format, and the one most homes choose. One electric unit chills and warms the water and holds it within half a degree, from 2°C to 42°C.

The upright plunge. Step in and sink to a deeper, seated immersion on a compact 1600 by 800 footprint. Built for clubs and clinics moving a volume of athletes through in a day, and just as at home in a tighter room. The same electric unit, the same half-degree hold.

Buy Learn more ›One electric unit does the work: it chills, it warms, and it holds the water still and clear between users. No ice, no plumbing, no drain and refill after every session.
A DC-inverter refrigeration circuit takes the water anywhere from 2°C to 42°C and holds your set point within half a degree, all day. Cold plunge and warm soak in one unit, with no ice to run and no pre-chilling.
Continuous circulation, ozone disinfection, and a paper-core filter run on a loop inside the unit, so the water stays clear from one user to the next. It holds up to a week between changes rather than a drain and refill after every session.
Set the temperature, schedule sessions, and track usage from your phone or the on-unit panel. WiFi-connected, so the plunge is ready when you are.
The standard build holds 2°C to 42°C. Specify IcePoint at quote and the bottom of the range drops to 0°C, for athletes training their cold tolerance. Same shell, same controls, a larger chiller.
An insulated, lockable thermal cover holds the cold while the plunge sits idle, so the inverter idles down and running cost stays around £0.40 per hour at hold.1
Two builds, one system. They are genuinely different, and neither is the lesser: choose by the space you have and the way you want to get in.

Both are made for home and commercial use, and both hold 2°C to 42°C to within half a degree with the same water care. If you have the floor length and want to lie flat, choose the H. If the room is tight or the traffic is high, choose the V.
A CryoLink needs a level floor, a standard socket, and a way to drain. We confirm every detail with you in writing before anything is built.
A level floor rated to at least 544 kg filled. Leave about 16 in at the component end and 12 in on the drainage side for servicing. Above ground level, have the floor loading checked first.
Runs from a standard socket. Fill once from a garden hose or tap, about 40 minutes to full; from a fresh fill it reaches below 4°C in roughly 6 hours, then holds.
A built-in base drain takes a hose when it is time to empty. Removable vents make servicing straightforward, and the thermal cover locks the cold in between sessions.
We deliver, position, and commission the unit on site, then walk you through the app and the day-to-day. One point of contact from quote to running.
Fill it once and it stays ready. The day-to-day is closer to a fridge than a pool: set it, cover it, and swap a filter now and then.
About 40 minutes to full from a hose or tap, then below 4°C in roughly 6 hours. After that it holds your set point, so there is no pre-chilling before a session.
With ClearLoop running, the water holds up to a week between changes rather than a drain and refill after every use. Two paper-core filters are included; swap them weekly, and rinse to extend their life.
Around £0.40 per hour at hold.1 The inverter ramps down once the set point is reached, and the insulated cover keeps the cold in, so the unit idles efficiently between uses.
A built-in base drain empties it to a hose in minutes. Removable vents open the unit for service without specialist tools.
Not a box on a pallet. Delivered, installed, and set running by the team behind it, then supported for the life of the unit.
We deliver, position, and commission the unit on site, connect the chiller and water care, and set it running. You do not touch a manual.
Every unit ships complete, with its plant, controls, and water or air care. Nothing to source, nothing to bolt on later.
Spread the cost as a monthly payment or a lease, for a home or for a business, arranged before anything is built.
One point of contact from order to install, with servicing, parts, and advice for the life of the unit.
Every CryoLink is backed and supported directly by us, not routed through a third party. If something needs attention, one call reaches the team that installed it.
A manufacturer warranty on the chiller and unit, confirmed in writing with your order. Parts and servicing are held across the UK and Ireland, so support is close.
Support and Servicing ›The same team takes you from quote to install to the years after. No ticket queues and no reseller in the middle, for a home or across a commercial floor.
Talk to the Team ›No. A CryoLink chills to 2°C and warms to 42°C, and holds whatever you set within half a degree. It is a cold plunge and a warm soak in one electric unit, so contrast work is a matter of changing the set point.
The water runs on a loop inside the unit: continuous circulation, ozone disinfection, and a paper-core filter. It stays clear from one user to the next without a drain and refill after every session, and holds up to a week between changes. A thermal cover holds the cold while it sits idle.
A level floor rated to at least 544 kg filled. Leave about 16 in of clearance at the component end and 12 in on the drainage side so the unit can be serviced and drained. Above ground level, have the floor loading checked before install.

Yes, as the IcePoint option specified at quote. The standard build holds 2°C to 42°C; IcePoint takes the bottom of the range to 0°C for athletes training their cold tolerance. Zero is as low as it goes. Both builds share the same shell, chiller family, and controls.
No. The jets circulate and clean the water; they are not there to massage you. A CryoLink is a cold plunge: still, clear water, held at the temperature you set.
The H is the horizontal, lie-back format in a longer, lower shell, and for most homes it is the natural choice. The V takes a smaller footprint and a deeper, seated immersion, which suits clubs and clinics moving a volume of people through in a day. Both hold 2°C to 42°C to within half a degree with the same water care.
