CryoLink V Overview Highlights TrueHold Water Specs From £7,995.00inc VATBuy Now

CryoLink V

The upright plunge, held to the degree.

The upright CryoLink. A compact footprint holds 585 L, so you step in and sink to a deeper, seated immersion, standing for the legs or hunkered down for the whole body. It suits a tighter room, and it is built for clubs and sporting organisations moving a volume of athletes through in a day. One electric unit chills and warms the water and holds it within half a degree of the temperature you set, from 2°C to 42°C. Built to a premium standard, considered in the detail, and simple to run.

    TrueHold

Set 4°C and it is 4°C. TrueHold holds the whole tub within half a degree of whatever you pick, from 2°C to 42°C, hour after hour. No warm patches. No drift as the afternoon warms up. The same cold shock, every session.

    DualClimate

    One unit does both.

    2°C

the coldest it holds, for a cold plunge

    42°C

the warmest it holds, for a warm soak

The same electric unit chills the water down and warms it back up, so one tub is both a cold plunge and a warm soak. Cooling runs at 3210 W and heating at 4150 W, both from a sealed refrigeration circuit with no ice to buy. Set anything from 2°C to 42°C and it stays there. Or add IcePoint, the ice-making option, and the bottom of that range drops to 0°C: a real cold for athletes training their tolerance.

    ClearLoop

    Clear water, kept that way.

ClearLoop runs the water through continuous circulation, ozone disinfection, and a paper-core filter. The water stays clear for up to a week between changes, not a drain and refill after every session. The jets work underneath it all, circulating and cleaning; the water you get into is still, clear, and exactly as cold as you asked for. An insulated, lockable cover keeps the chill in and the running costs down.

    Owning one

    A week of clear water.

The water is always moving. Every return passes the spout first, where 1 mm holes catch hair and grit before anything reaches the pump. From there it runs through a paper-core cartridge that filters down to 20 microns, and past an ozone dose you time yourself from the touchscreen. The loop runs whether you plunge or not, so the water is being cleaned in the hours between sessions, not only during them.

That is why a fill lasts. With ClearLoop running the water stays clear for up to a week between changes rather than a day or two, and how often you change it is yours to judge. Two cartridges come in the box for a reason: one runs in the plunge while the other dries. The habit is simple, swap weekly, rinse the used cartridge and let it dry, then rotate it back in next time.

Filling is a garden hose and about 40 minutes. Once it is full, let it rest 20 minutes before you switch on so the coolant settles, then set your temperature and leave it. The drain is built into the base and takes a hose, so old water goes straight to a gully, and the vents lift off by hand when the unit needs a look.

One piece of cold-weather care. If the plunge is left unheated and below 0°C for twelve hours, drain the tub, the filter and the chiller so nothing can freeze inside them. Everything else is set once and left to run.

    Quick-start guide

Fill, rest, set the temperature, and you are running.

    Controls and Underglow

Run it from the touchscreen. Lit from beneath.

A full touchscreen on the unit runs it day to day, in multiple languages. Temperature, ozone timing, the on and off schedule, and a switch between °C and °F: all of it is set from the one panel. The touchscreen is the daily driver. It watches itself, too. If something is wrong, the home screen names the fault and walks you through the steps to clear it, so a problem reads as plain words rather than a blinking light. It is WiFi-connected and ready for the Link app, which is in development and on the way. Underglow puts a coloured light beneath the water, yours to set.

    Questions

CryoLink V stands 1120 mm tall on a compact 1600 by 800 mm footprint. It needs a level floor rated to at least 544 kg, with 16 inches of clearance at the component end and 12 inches on the drainage side. Power, delivery, and commissioning are confirmed with you at quote.
You fill it once from a garden hose or a tap, about 40 minutes to full, and from a fresh fill it reaches below 4°C in roughly 6 hours. After that it stays set. With ClearLoop running, the water holds up to a week between changes rather than a drain and refill after every session. Two paper-core filters are included: swap them weekly, and rotate and rinse them to extend their life. There is a built-in drain at the base that takes a hose when it is time to empty, removable vents make servicing straightforward, and the insulated, lockable cover holds the cold and keeps running costs down.
ClearLoop keeps the water moving through continuous circulation, ozone disinfection, and a paper-core filter, so it stays clear between users with no draining and refilling after every session. A thermal cover holds the cold while the plunge sits idle.
Every CryoLink V is made to order. Request a quote and we confirm the build, the site requirements, and delivery and commissioning in writing before anything is made. Finance routes are available for a home, a gym, a clinic, or a spa.
Yes. The standard build holds anywhere from 2°C to 42°C. IcePoint, the ice-making option specified at quote, takes the water down to 0°C with a 2.0 HP chiller in place of the 1.0 HP unit. Zero is as low as it goes, and it is a real option for athletes training their cold tolerance.
No. The jets circulate and clean the water; they are not there to massage you. A CryoLink is a cold plunge: still, clear water, held at the temperature you set.
They are genuinely different, and neither is the lesser. The vertical build stands upright in a compact footprint and gives a deeper, seated immersion: you can stand for the legs or hunker down for the whole body. Because it takes a volume of people through quickly, it is a favourite of clubs and sporting organisations, and it works just as well at home. The horizontal build is the lie-back, full-body format, the one most homes choose. Both are made for home and commercial use, and both hold 2°C to 42°C to within half a degree, with the same water care. Ask us and we will point you to the right one.
