At the moment, we offer percussion and vibration devices through our PROGUN and PROCHARGE Series. Over the coming months, we have big plans to introduce some amazing devices and technologies - stay tuned!

PROGUN the name of our percussive massage range. For now, we have released two devices: Elite [for athletes that take their performance serious] and nano [a smaller device perfect for on the go or those that need relief from home].

PROCHARGE is our Vibration range. We currently offer three devices - Tremor, Duo & sphere. We have reimagined the traditional methods of foam rolling and developed a range to be proud of.

Yes! Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at info@protecrecovery.com and

Currently, we only ship to the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. Don’t worry though – we are working to expand our global presence every day and hope to be available in your country soon!

As soon as our warehouse has received your order, it will be processed within 12 hours. Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be considered as next day, with no order processing on Sunday. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be out for delivery first thing on Monday morning.

To have any of the Protec Recovery devices replaced under warranty (or any part repaired), it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Protec Recovery. Our warranty does not apply to damage that Protec Recovery determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Protec Recovery authorized personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. Protec Recovery does not approve of anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Protec Recovery in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Protec Recovery approved repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Protec Recovery.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Protec Recovery shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, Protec Recovery reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Protec Technologies Limited.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from area to area. Because of individual area regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all Protec Recovery products purchased through the Protec Recovery website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.
