Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. All UK orders are sent with tracked delivery as standard.

There is a short window after placing your order where changes can be made. Email support@protecrecovery.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Not currently. All orders are shipped in branded PROTEC Recovery packaging.

CryoLink cold plunges and AtmosChamber hyperbaric chambers are delivered via specialist courier. Delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout and typically take 5-10 business days. Installation guidance is provided.

30-day returns from date of delivery for items in original condition with their original packaging. Free return shipping within the UK. See the returns policy for the full conditions.

Email support@protecrecovery.com with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation number, return instructions, and a prepaid return label for UK customers.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take 7-14 business days in total to reach your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different item, return the original for a refund within the 30-day window and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.

Contact support@protecrecovery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Warranty varies by product: 2 years parts and labour on CryoLink H and V and on every Sauna, 2 years on AtmosChamber covering the chamber and the main parts of the oxygen concentrator, 1 year on the whole Kelvin machine with 3 years on its core components, 5 years on the LumaBed with lifetime cover on its LEDs, and 1 year on PROBOOTS 2. The term is set by the product and does not change with residential or commercial use. All warranties run from date of purchase and cover manufacturing defects, component failure, and electrical faults. Full details are on the warranty terms page.

Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage (except on CryoLink), and unauthorised modifications or repairs.

Email support@protecrecovery.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos. We will respond within one working day with next steps.

We will assess the fault and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Most claims are resolved within 5-7 business days.

Yes, the warranty is transferable to new owners for gifts. Original proof of purchase is required. Contact us to register the new owner.

Yes. PROBOOTS 2 delivers 68 to 165 mmHg sequential compression. AtmosChamber models run at 1.3, 1.5, or 2.0 ATA depending on model. CryoLink holds the water within ±0.5°C of your set point, from 2°C to 42°C.

CryoLink V is a vertical format cold plunge. You stand or sit upright. Compact footprint, ideal for smaller spaces. CryoLink H is a horizontal format. You lie down for full-body immersion. Both share the same WiFi, app control, temperature range, and ozone disinfection.

PROBOOTS 2 requires no maintenance beyond charging and cleaning. CryoLink runs ozone disinfection automatically and needs a filter replacement every 3-6 months. AtmosChamber requires periodic oxygen filter replacement.

PROBOOTS 2 runs for 100+ minutes per charge and charges via USB-C.

Yes. All consumer devices are CE certified for sale in the UK and EU.

CryoLink connects over your WiFi with the Link app: download the app, power on the unit, and follow the pairing steps. Other products are controlled from their on-device controls.

CryoLink V and H connect over WiFi with the Link app. AtmosChamber is controlled from its touchscreen, and PROBOOTS 2 from its detachable control unit.

No. The Link app is free to download and use. No subscription required.

Depending on the device: session tracking, protocol selection, temperature control, pressure settings, usage history, and firmware updates. Features vary by product.

Yes. CryoLink connects to your home WiFi for app control, scheduling, and remote temperature adjustment. It can also operate manually via the built-in control panel without WiFi.

No. CryoLink is self-contained with a built-in filtration and cooling system. Fill it with a garden hose. There is no plumbing or drainage connection, and delivery and commissioning are included.

CryoLink is designed for indoor use. It can be used in a covered outdoor area but should not be exposed to rain, direct sunlight, or temperatures below freezing when not in use.

Hard-shell AtmosChambers are delivered via specialist courier on a pallet. Delivery, placement in your chosen room, and commissioning by our team are included.

Cold immersion is widely used in professional sports and recovery. Start with shorter sessions at moderate temperatures and build gradually. Consult your doctor before use if you have cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's disease, or are pregnant.

AtmosChamber models run at 1.3, 1.5, or 2.0 ATA depending on model, and every chamber includes automated pressure control and safety relief valves. Consult your doctor before use if you have a history of ear or sinus problems, seizures, or claustrophobia.

Do not use any recovery device if you have open wounds, deep vein thrombosis, or acute infections in the treatment area. People with pacemakers should not use compression or vibration devices. Always consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

Our devices are designed for adult use only. Users must be 18 years or older.

This depends on the device and your recovery goals. PROBOOTS 2 can be used daily. Cold immersion is typically 2-4 sessions per week. Hyperbaric sessions are typically 3-5 per week. Consult the user guide for each device for recommended protocols.
