How long does delivery take?

Free tracked UK delivery on every order. 2–5 business days standard. Express available at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

30-day returns for items in original condition. Full refund. Contact support to start a return.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. Orders up to £1,000 can be split into three interest-free payments with Klarna at checkout, subject to status. For larger equipment, longer terms are available through our finance partners. See the finance page for details.

What warranty do you offer?

Warranty varies by product: 1 year on PROBOOTS 2, 3 years structure and 2 years chiller on CryoLink, 2 years on AtmosChamber, 1 year on the whole Kelvin machine with 3 years on its core components, and a lifetime LED warranty on the LumaBed. Covers manufacturing defects and component failure. Contact support for claims.

Are your devices professional-grade?

Yes. PROBOOTS 2 delivers 68 to 165 mmHg sequential compression. AtmosChamber models run at 1.3, 1.5, or 2.0 ATA depending on model. CryoLink holds the water within ±0.5°C of your set point, from 2°C to 42°C.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver across the UK and Ireland. For other locations, contact us and we will work out the right approach for your order.

How do I connect my device?

CryoLink connects over your WiFi with the Link app: download the app, power on the unit, and follow the pairing steps. Other products are controlled from their on-device controls.

Can I use these devices in my gym or clinic?
