CryoLink cold plunges and AtmosChamber hyperbaric chambers are delivered via specialist courier. Delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout and typically take 5-10 business days. Installation guidance is provided.

30-day returns from date of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Free return shipping within the UK.

1-year warranty on devices under £999. 2-year warranty on devices £999 and above. Commercial and B2B use: 1-year warranty regardless of price. All warranties run from date of purchase and cover manufacturing defects, component failure, and electrical faults.

Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage (except on CryoLink), and unauthorised modifications or repairs.

We will assess the fault and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Most claims are resolved within 5-7 business days.

Yes. PROBOOTS 2 delivers 68-165 mmHg sequential compression (clinical range). AtmosChamber operates at 1.5 ATA (clinical hyperbaric range). CryoLink controls temperature to within 1 degree of precision from 3 to 42 degrees.

CryoLink V is a vertical format cold plunge. You stand or sit upright. Compact footprint, ideal for smaller spaces. CryoLink H is a horizontal format. You lie down for full-body immersion. Both share the same WiFi, app control, temperature range, and ozone sanitation.

PROBOOTS 2, PROGUN nano, and PROCHARGE Tremor require no maintenance beyond charging and cleaning. CryoLink requires periodic ozone sanitation (automated) and filter replacement every 3-6 months. AtmosChamber requires periodic O2 filter replacement.

Yes. CryoLink connects to your home WiFi for app control, scheduling, and remote temperature adjustment. It can also operate manually via the built-in control panel without WiFi.

No. CryoLink is self-contained with a built-in filtration and cooling system. Fill it with a garden hose. No plumbing, no drainage connection, no installation required.

CryoLink is designed for indoor use. It can be used in a covered outdoor area but should not be exposed to rain, direct sunlight, or temperatures below freezing when not in use.

Hard-shell AtmosChambers are delivered via specialist courier on a pallet. Delivery includes placement in your chosen room. We provide full setup instructions and remote support. Professional installation is available on request.

Cold immersion is widely used in professional sports and clinical recovery. Start with shorter sessions at moderate temperatures and build gradually. Consult your doctor before use if you have cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's disease, or are pregnant.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy at 1.5 ATA is used in clinical settings worldwide. The AtmosChamber includes automated pressure control and safety relief valves. Consult your doctor before use if you have a history of ear or sinus problems, seizures, or claustrophobia.

Do not use any recovery device if you have open wounds, deep vein thrombosis, or acute infections in the treatment area. People with pacemakers should not use compression or vibration devices. Always consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

Our devices are designed for adult use only. Users must be 18 years or older.

This depends on the device and your recovery goals. PROBOOTS 2 and PROGUN nano can be used daily. Cold immersion is typically 2-4 sessions per week. Hyperbaric sessions are typically 3-5 per week. Consult the user guide for each device for recommended protocols.
