Each chamber makes its own oxygen and pressurises the air you breathe. No cylinders to deliver, and nothing to refill between sessions.
An integrated concentrator makes the oxygen on site, so there are no cylinders to order or store. The soft-shell line delivers 10 L/min; the hard-shell line concentrates to 93%.
The soft-shell Air line pressurises to 1.5 ATA; the hard-shell line is adjustable up to 2.0 ATA, run from a touchscreen that handles the session from start to finish.
Soft-shell Air chambers are portable and set up in a room at home. Hard-shell chambers are a fitted, steel build for a clinic or a performance floor, with more room and higher pressure.

If you want hyperbaric at home without a fitted install, the portable Air line is the place to start. If you want the higher pressure and the room of a fitted chamber for a clinic or a floor, the hard-shell line is the one.

What is the difference between soft-shell and hard-shell?

Where does the oxygen come from?
It is made on board by an integrated concentrator, so there are no cylinders to deliver or store. The Air line delivers 10 L/min; the hard-shell line concentrates to 93%.
How many people does a chamber hold?
The Air line runs from single lying and sitting builds to a two-person build and a wheelchair-accessible entry. The hard-shell line runs from single Solo and spacious Max to a two-person Duo, with configurable builds up to four people.
Is a hard-shell chamber a big install?
It is a fitted, made-to-order chamber. We survey the space, confirm the floor and the supply, and deliver and commission it on site. A soft-shell Air chamber, by contrast, sets up in a room and packs away.
Is it a medical device?
AtmosChamber is positioned for recovery, performance, and wellness. It is a hyperbaric oxygen chamber with defined pressure and oxygen specifications; we describe what it is and how it is built, and do not make medical claims for it.
