Buying

Either. Every machine is sold on its own, and a full recovery suite is simply several specified to share one install and one point of contact. Most gyms start with one and add over time.

Yes, business finance and leasing are available on every machine and on a full suite, with terms from 24 to 60 months. See the finance page for how it works and representative costs.

All prices include VAT, and every machine includes a site survey, delivery, professional installation, commissioning, and a full handover. Nothing arrives as a flat-pack and nothing is left to you to set up.

Delivery and installation

Most configurations ship within four to eight weeks, depending on finish and current demand. We confirm a firm date with your quote, and we site and commission the equipment on delivery.

It varies by machine. Cryotherapy chambers need the right power supply and ventilation, cold plunge needs water and drainage, and all need a level floor rated for the load. We survey the space first and give you a clear checklist before anything is ordered.

We deliver and commission across the UK and Ireland. For other locations, contact us and we will work out the right approach for your site.

Using your machine

No. Kelvin chambers are fully electric, using a two-stage cascade to reach and hold temperature. There is no gas to refill, no nitrogen to store, and no per-session running cost beyond electricity.

As many as your schedule allows. Because cooling recovers its set point quickly between sessions, the tenth session of the day is the same as the first. Commercial models log every session for booking and reporting.

Yes. Every machine in the range is specified for shared commercial use in gyms, hotel spas, and recovery facilities. Multi and Max configurations are sized specifically for back-to-back throughput throughout the day.

Servicing and warranty

Warranty terms vary by machine: one year on the Kelvin cryotherapy chamber with three years on its core components, and a lifetime LED warranty on the LumaBed. Full terms are provided with your quote and set out on the warranty page.

One call reaches the team that installed it. Parts are stocked in the UK and an engineer is typically with you the same week, so downtime stays in hours, not weeks.
